I wish there had been more Inara and Zoe interactions on the show and in the movie. It seemed like they hardly talked to each other. Then again, it’s a Joss show, so I’m not surprised that the two strongest, most independently minded women on the show were kept as separate as possible. I mean, what could two women who have had to empower themselves against the continued hatred and disdain of others in order to do what they wanted in life and have fearlessly given the middle finger to Mal (and others) who got rude about it possibly have to say to each other?
